3. Pricing & Payments

  • All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra items, long carrying distance, stairs, or waiting time.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • We follow a transparent pricing policy with no hidden charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding goods and locations.
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal valuables (cash, jewelry, documents).
  • Fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance.
  • Proper access to pickup and delivery locations must be ensured.

5. Packing & Handling

We use high-quality packing materials and trained professionals to ensure safe handling. However, minor scratches or unavoidable wear may occur during transit despite precautions. Transit insurance is recommended for high-value goods.

6. Transit & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

7. Damage & Claims Policy
